哈薩克推出首屆影展 強片氣勢不輸坎城
提到國際性的電影節，您一定會想到法國坎城影展、或是德國柏林影展，在今年出現了一個新的國際電影節，地點讓外界相當驚奇，因為它在大家比較陌生的國度哈薩克！「阿拉木圖影展」15日盛大開幕，吸引各國導演前往觀摩。其實早在蘇聯時期，哈薩克就有自己的一套電影制度，1991年獨立後，現在是中亞地區電影工業發展最盛的國家。以結合歷史文化，和人性道德聞名的電影作品，哈薩克的本土導演和演員更是近年來，國際電影盛會的當紅炸子雞；政府更推出一系列吸引外國片商前來拍片、減稅的優渥條件，期盼哈薩克成為下一個電影大國！
大紅地毯、眾星雲集，這裡不是坎城、更不是柏林，而是第一屆「阿拉木圖電影節」，15日在哈薩克第一大城華麗登場！
影展主持人開幕式上說：「首屆阿拉木圖電影節正式開幕！」
開幕片份量十足，由哈薩克導演「賽吉德沃茲佛」執導的電影《小傢伙》，描述一名來自吉爾吉斯的年輕產婦，為了償還高利貸，不惜拋棄剛出生的孩子，帶著身心劇痛在寒風刺骨的莫斯科街頭，打零工求生存。深刻描繪社會底層母性的掙扎，哈薩克女星「莎默耶斯雅莫娃」，頂著新科坎城影后頭銜，站上首屆「阿拉木圖電影節」舞台。
《小傢伙》導演 賽吉德沃茲佛 表示：「我的電影跟活動的精神一樣，跨國界的合作；這部片有德國、波蘭、中國、俄國，和哈薩克的團隊，我想表達對影展的支持，吸引外資在哈薩克拍片，提升本地的電影工業。」
首度舉辦電影節，哈薩克做足了功夫；找來迪士尼知名動畫片《獅子王》導演明可夫 ，和當地製片做交流，解析了動畫和一般電影的製作流程，大不相同。
《獅子王》導演 明可夫 表示：「動畫片最大的不同，是你一次跟一名藝術家合作，一般電影是團隊合作，就像指揮交響樂團一樣，跟動畫片一對一是不同的。」
哈薩克對動畫片，其實一點都不陌生；2016年推出《吾國哈薩克》，講述兩名開國英雄的成長故事，榮獲第20屆「國際動畫電影論壇」多項大獎，擊敗當年來自全球50個國家的動畫長片。哈薩克人擅長將歷史文化結合人性，劇情淺顯易懂、結合磅礡的自然場景，堅持一草一木都取自哈薩克，有別於好萊塢充滿CG動畫特效，走出屬於自己、樸實又真摯的電影風格！
哈薩克導演 薩塔耶夫 說道：「拍出這些電影當然要花很多錢，但那種理想是無價的，電影講述歷史中人們的愛國心，是在向我們的祖先致敬。」
導演薩塔耶夫憑藉這股熱情，2016年以《尋母之路》一片，獲得國際間高度推崇；講述一對母子在1930年代的哈薩克，經歷32年惡劣天氣帶來的大饑荒，再到39年爆發的二次世界大戰，悲慘的歷史中，如何展現堅強的母子親情，讓觀眾看得潸然淚下，不少影迷都表示，看完電影後第一件想做的事情，就是回家給母親一個擁抱！
美國觀眾：「我想母愛是無國界的，沒有國與國之間的隔閡，所以觀賞起來很容易理解。」
在蘇聯時期就有一套電影製作模式的哈薩克，獨立後是中亞地區電影工業最蓬勃發展的國家，對市場的眼光獨到、且深具遠見，甚至推出計劃，要放眼到2050年，外資片商來本土拍片，政府課稅減免；更推廣電子版電影票，環保又節省人力。不過吸引外國片商最大的誘因，還是哈薩克這片土地的美；壯闊草原、山頭靄靄白雪，無論怎麼拍都氣勢磅礡，哈薩克面積272萬平方公里，是台灣的75倍大，人口才1700多萬人，許多完全沒被破壞的自然景觀，讓外國片商趨之若鶩。
哈薩克文化暨體育部長表示：「我們的電影票房都很好，對業者來說是最棒的回報，每部片都能在重要時段上檔，假日電影票更是賣光光，對我們國際電影事業來說是一大成就。」
跟上潮流，哈薩克電影近年來發展多元，今年最新動作片《生意人》，將90年代哈薩克經濟危機，三名年輕人，如何冒險賺錢的故事搬上大銀幕，也成為今年「阿拉木圖影展」閉幕片，顯示出哈薩克對影業與國際接軌，展現充分的企圖心。
阿拉木圖影展 負責人說道：「我們對跨國製片有很高的興趣，因為我們的市場不大，跟別的國家合作，等於將觸角伸入他國市場；像是中國和俄國，市場都相當大。」
誓言成為下一個電影大國，哈薩克的努力，正在國際間發光發熱，也讓首屆「阿拉木圖影展」，蔚為話題！
